Tyler Hache is an award-winning singer-songwriter from Moncton, New Brunswick, whose debut album, Silent, earned the Music/Musique NB Solo Recording of the Year in 2016 and opened doors to a wide range of early opportunities, including performances alongside acclaimed artists such as Hey Rosetta!, David Myles, and Leif Vollebekk.

Around this time, Hache was selected as one of ten artists from across the country to perform at a national showcase at the Canadian Country Music Association Awards. His performance of the album’s title track, “Silent,” caught the attention of industry representatives who later invited him to Nashville, where he began making regular co-writing trips and gaining valuable experience on Music Row.

While completing an Honours Bachelor’s degree in English at Mount Allison University, Hache continued traveling between Moncton and Nashville to refine his craft. His growing passion for creative writing led him to pursue a master’s degree in Creative Writing at the University of Toronto, where he received a national SSHRC grant for his work. His poetry has been published in several literary journals, including the Literary Review of Canada, The Nashwaak Review, and the Atlantic Canadian Poets’ Archive.

As part of Sound of Pop’s sync roster, Hache’s original songs have been featured in television and film, such as Love Alaska, The Wedding Planners, and Love in Harmony Valley.

After becoming a father in 2024, Hache rediscovered his passion for live performance, which is now at the centre of his musical practice. His October 2025 single, “Meredith,” marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Moncton-based artist, now represented by Agence Boucane.
